God will enable us to look and behold the Spiritual realm! (Revelation 4:1-2) After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
In the early hours of the morning I was awaken by my three year old daughter screaming. I darted into her room and quickly grabbed her in my arms, telling her everything was alright. She calmed down and explained she had a scary dream. She wanted me to stay with her, so we went to the rocking chair and I starting singing softly. She was soon asleep and I gently put her back in her bed and went back to my bedroom.
As I sat down on the bed I experienced a sharp pain in my chest. My first thought was, I am dyeing. When that thought came, I heard a loud noise and looked towards the door and saw this flame coming at me. It immediately took me above everything and I remember seeing my family in the house, plus seeing all of the universe. Someone was beside me and we were having a conversation, but I can not recall what that was except the last words spoken.
As I viewed my family, I said, "Yes, my girls need me", then I looked at my husband and for some reason, reached my hand out, and said his name sadly. At once I was laying beside him, with my hand on his forehead. Laying there trying to absorb this experience which just happened, all I thought was how will I explain this to my unsaved husband. I had attended a Pentecostal Church a couple of times and he had told me he did not want his girls going to a church like that, but it was alright to go to the Southern Baptist. He would not understand the supernatural workings of the LORD.
That evening I had my evangelistic training class and was hoping my teacher would be able to tell me what had happened. Well, she calmly said, "When a person goes into the ministry, there will be demonic attacks". We had to stop the conversation because other people started arriving. Later, we split up in groups and went door to door inviting people to church and sharing the gospel.
The next day my sister came to visit and I told her what happened. She immediately told me that I had the "Rushing Wind of Fire" experience.
Psalm 68:17 - "The 'Chariots of God' are twenty thousand, even thousands of Angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place."
2 Kings 6:16-17 - And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
Isaiah 66:15 is another Scripture concerning the Lord's 'Chariots'. Christ shall come with 'Fire' and with His 'Chariots' like a 'Whirlwind', to pour forth His anger and rebuke upon UNREPENTANT mankind.
Psalm 104
1 Let all that I am praise the Lord.
O Lord my God, how great you are!
You are robed with honor and majesty.
2 You are dressed in a robe of light.
You stretch out the starry curtain of the heavens;
3 you lay out the rafters of your home in the rain clouds.
You make the clouds your chariot;
you ride upon the wings of the wind.

flames of fire are your servants.

Open Our Spiritual Eyes
In Restoration Prayer Ministry, you learn to see God better with spiritual eyes. God wants us to hunger and thirst to see Him. The pure in heart will see God! Isn't it about time we quit letting Satan steal from us? God chooses to speak and bless with visions. (Genesis 15:1) After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: "I Am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward".
Let us pray to have our spiritual eyes opened. The Lord Himself appeared to open the eyes of Abraham (Genesis 18:1) And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day .
Pray for others to see God also. God chose to warn unbelievers with visions (Genesis 20:3) But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife.
Pray for help and open eyes to see it. God wants to open our eyes to see His help for us (Genesis 21:19) And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink.
God will bridge heaven and earth to initiate a covenant in our sleep (Genesis 28:12) And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
God will come to warn our competitors not to harm us (Genesis 31:24) And God came to Laban the Syrian in a dream by night, and said unto him, Take heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad.
God may want to reveal our destiny to us privately (Genesis 37:5) And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.

God will use a trance to open our spiritual eyes (Numbers 24:4) He hath said, which heard the words of God, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open.
God wants us to lift our eyes up and to interact with His warrior angels (Joshua 5:13) And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
God wants us to see our angel who is ready to help (Judges 6:12-13) And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.

From Genesis to Revelation, God has spoken to people through dreams and visions! We can choose to invite God's Spirit to speak to us in any way that He chooses. God has not limited us to know Him only with our minds and the written logos Word of God. We can invite Him to make Himself know to us through open spiritual eyes and ears. Praise God! He wants us to know Him intimately!
