I woke from a nap after I had a dream of my tote bag shining. In the dream the tote bag was open and a light ray was shining out of it. Before I had dozed off I was listening to political news and studying and then praying for Our Nation and for my family. When I woke up I quickly went to look into my bag, and saw the newspapers which I had started receiving from "THE EPOCH TIMES" and the bag also contained my prayer books, but wasn't quite sure what I was to look for at the time. During the week my schedule became busy and I had not been able to spend time to post anything on my blog about the dream , plus I wasn't sure exactly what the Holy Spirit was showing me.
As each day passed I would ask the Lord for revelation on the matter. Then about a week later a post reminder from "THE EPOCH TIMES" popped up on my phone about "SPYGATE" which had info on "The Inside Story / A comprehensive overview of the Spygate scandal, building on dozens of testimonies, court documents, and other research." The inside posters revealed the scandal of "SPYGATE" which is an intense chart. I can only describe it as being similar to a Family Tree Chart of family names and pics, and was very informative about the "SPYGATE" Scandal.
Anyway, after viewing the post, I then retrieved the posters from the tote bag and looked over them again. Then thought to myself, "Was EPOCH advertising new posters that are out now for distribution on the events happening which started the Impeachment, or is there something I need to know from the "SPYGATE" info? The post had disclosed a few names and unfortunately I just can not remember them, and also I have not received any posts on that topic since. I have decided to share Prayers for Our Nation since my tote bag also included my prayer books.
PRAYER FOR OUR NATION: I pray for the leaders of my nation to come to the light (Isa. 60:3). I make supplication, prayer, intercession, and give thanks for all the people of my nation and for the leaders of my nation, that I might live a peaceable life in all godliness and honesty (1 Tim. 2:1–2). Let our leaders be just, and let them rule by the fear of the Lord (2 Sam. 23:3). Let our leaders fall down before the Lord, and let my nation serve Him (Ps. 72:11). Let the poor and needy people of my nation be delivered (Ps. 72:12–13). Let the Lord’s dominion be established in my nation, and let His enemies lick the dust (Ps. 72:8–9). Turn our leaders’ hearts to fear You (Prov. 21:1). Let the Lord rule over my nation, and let my nation be glad and rejoice (Ps. 97:1). Let my nation sing a new song, bless His name, and show forth His salvation from day to day (Ps. 96:1–3). Let the people of my nation tremble at the presence of the Lord (Ps. 99:1). Let my nation make a joyful noise to the Lord, and let the people serve Him with gladness (Ps. 110:1–2). Let our leaders praise You, and let them hear the words of Your mouth (Ps. 138:4). Let the wicked be rooted out of our land (Prov. 2:22). Let the wicked be cut down and wither as the green herb (Ps. 37:2). Let all the people of my nation turn to the Lord and worship Him (Ps. 22:27). My nation is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, and all they that dwell therein (Ps. 24:1). Let all the idolaters in my nation be confounded, and let all the gods worship the Lord (Ps. 97:7). Let my nation praise the Lord for His merciful kindness and truth (Ps. 117). Save my nation, O Lord, and send prosperity (Ps. 118:25). I pray that my nation will submit to the rule and reign of Christ (Dan. 7:14). I pray my nation will bring its wealth into the kingdom (Rev. 21:24). I pray my nation will be converted and bring its wealth to the king (Isa. 60:5). I pray my nation will be healed by the leaves from the tree of life (Rev. 22:2). I pray my nation will show forth the praises of God (Isa. 60:6). I pray my nation will see the glory of God (Isa. 35:2). Let those who are deaf hear the words of the book, and let the blind see out of obscurity (Isa. 29:18). I pray that Jesus will rule over my nation in righteousness and judgment (Isa. 32:1). I pray my nation will come to Zion to be taught, and learn war no more (Isa. 2:1–4). I pray that my nation will seek the Lord and enter into His rest (Isa. 11:1). I pray that the parched places in my nation will become a pool, and every thirsty part springs of water (Isa. 35:7). I pray that the glory of the Lord be revealed to my nation, and that all the inhabitants will see it (Isa. 40:5). Let the Lord bring righteousness and judgment to my nation (Isa. 42:1). I ask the Lord to do a new thing in my nation by giving waters in the wilderness and streams in the desert (Isa. 43:19–20). Let peace (shalom) come into my nation like a river (Isa. 66:12). Let my nation be sprinkled by the blood of Jesus (Isa. 52:12). Let the children of my nation be taught of the Lord (Isa. 54:13). I pray that my nation will seek and find the Lord (Isa. 5:1). Let my nation be filled with priests and Levites that worship the Lord (Isa. 66:21). Let the people of my nation come and worship the Lord (Isa. 66:23). Let my people build houses and inhabit them (Isa. 65:21). Let my people plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them (Isa. 65:21). Let my people long enjoy the work of their hands (Isa. 65:22). Let the enemies in my land be reconciled (Isa. 65:25). Let my nation be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord (Hab. 2:14). Let my nation be saved and walk in the light of Zion (Rev. 21:24). Let God be merciful unto us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us. Let His way be known to us, and His saving health in our nation (Ps. 67:1–2). Let every covenant with death and hell be broken in our nation (Isa. 28:18). Let my nation look to the Lord and be saved (Isa. 45:22). Let the Lord make bare His holy arm, and let my nation see the salvation of the Lord (Isa. 52:10). Let every veil spread over my nation be destroyed (Isa. 25:7). My nation is the inheritance of the Lord; let Him possess it (Ps. 2:7–8). The kingdom is the Lord’s, and He is the governor of my nation (Ps. 22:28). Let the people who walk in darkness in my nation see the light, and let Your light shine upon those in the shadow of darkness (Isa.9:2). Let His government and peace (shalom) continually increase in my nation (Isa.9:7). Let His justice and judgment increase in my nation (Isa. 9:7). Let those in my nation who were not Your people be called the children of the living God (Rom. 9:25–26). Let righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost increase in my nation (Rom. 14:17). I pray for righteousness to come to my nation, and that my nation would be exalted (Prov.4:34). Let His Spirit be poured out in my nation, and let our sons and daughters prophesy (Acts 2:17–18). I will confess You, Lord, among my people and sing unto Your name (Ps. 22:22). Let Your glory be declared among my people, and your wonders in my nation (Ps. 96:20). Open a door of utterance in my nation, that my people might hear Your Word (Col. 4:3). I pray that the families of my people be blessed through Christ (Gen. 28:14, Gal. 3:14). I pray for the healing waters to flow into my nation (Ezek. 47:9). AMEN, Thank You Jesus!
Isaiah 60 The Passion Translation (TPT)
The Glorious New Day:
60 “Rise up in splendor and be radiant,[a] for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory[b] now streams from you! 2 Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick gloom[c] covers the nations, but Yahweh arises[d] upon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you![e] 3 Nations will be attracted to your radiant light[f] and kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day.[g] 4 Lift up your eyes higher! Look all around you and believe, for your sons are returning from far away and your daughters are being tenderly carried home. Watch as they all gather together, eager to come back to you!
Footnotes:
Isaiah 60:1 Or “break forth with the light of (a new) day.” See Eph. 5:27. Applying vv. 1–2 to the church, we see Jesus as the Light that shines upon us (John 8:12; 2 Cor. 4:6) and the light of the church shining upon the nations (Matt. 5:14-16).
Isaiah 60:1 Here Isaiah begins a new section in his masterpiece. The theme of these last seven chapters is The Glorious New Day, corresponding to the Feast of Tabernacles. The Hebrew word for “glory” appears twenty-three times in chs. 60–66. A possible outline of these chapters is: (60) A New Day. (61) A New Priesthood. (62) A New Wedding. (63) A New Mercy. (64) A New Prayer. (65) A New Heaven and a New Earth. (66) A New Jerusalem.
Isaiah 60:2 Or “thick clouds.”
Isaiah 60:2 Or “breaks out over you.”
Isaiah 60:2 See Isa. 60:19-22; Mal. 4:2; Rev. 21:2-3.
Isaiah 60:3 Or “Nations will walk by your light.” Light is often seen as a biblical metaphor for understanding and revelation. See Eph. 1:18.
Isaiah 60:3 Or “to the brightness of your sunrise.” The sunrise of our new day came at the resurrection of Jesus Christ. (TPT)
